Ronnie Eldridge Allen

Ronnie E. Allen 64, of Newton Grove passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Rex Healthcare in Raleigh, NC. Mr. Allen was a retired Fireman and a member of Newton Grove Baptist Church. "A man's success is measured by his family, his friends & his pride." was a motto he lived by.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 3 p.m. at Newton Grove Baptist Church, Newton Grove, N.C. A visitation will be held at Newton Grove Baptist Church on Friday, June 16 from 6 till 8 p.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Jim Baldwin & Rev. Frank Sandy. Mr. Allen will be laid to rest in Hillcrest Cemetery, Newton Grove.

Survivors are his wife of 41 years Betty Allen, son Michael Thornton & Leigh of Newton Grove.Grandchildren Sam Thornton & Savannah Baggett. Brothers Rayvon Allen & Janice of Benson, Roger Allen & Brickie of Four Oaks. Mother-in-Law Catherine Bryan,
Sister-in-Laws & Brother-in-Laws, Albert Bryan& Sandra.Belinda B. Barefoot & Ed, Donna Bryan and Angela Bryan. Loving Nieces &Nephews;,Kevin Allen, William Bryan, Ragan Pearson, Ashley Westbrook, Jessie Barefoot, Patrick Keith, Brandon Westbrook, Delaney & Hadley Pearson.

Preceded in death by his Parents George & Clara Allen, Father-in Law Sam Bryan and Brother-in-Law & Sister-in-Law Rose Mary Bryan & Bill Bryan.
