Sherwood D. Turnage

Sherwood Turnage, 71 of Four Oaks passed away at his home on Friday, October 13, 2017, surrounded by his family.  Mr. Turnage will have a graveside service on Monday, October 16, 2017.  The service will be held in the Antioch United Methodist Church Cemetery in Four Oaks at 2:00 p.m..  The Rev. Marshall Stewart will be officiating the service.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, October 15, from 6 to 8 pm..  

Mr. Turnage's survivors include his daughters, Pam Brown of Benson and Wendy Bailey and husband Paul of Princeton; his grandchildren, Dustin, Dalton, Chandler, Chastin, Cassidy, Leigh Ann and Terry Jr.; four great grandchildren; and a brother, Wade Turnage and wife Beverly of Four Oaks.

Mr. Turnage was preceded in death by his parents, Maronie and Sancy Turnage; a son, Terry Wayne Turnage; and a brother, Durwood Turnage.

Services have been entrusted to West & Dunn Funeral Home of Newton Grove, North Carolina
