Thelma Wiggins Obituary

Ms. Thelma Faye Wiggins, 81 of Angier, passed away at Wake Med Hospital on Thursday, February 4, 2021, A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 7, 2021, at Fellowship Community Church Cemetery in Angier beginning at 2:00 pm. Rev. Billy Nowell will be officiating the service. 

Friends may come by and sign Ms. Wiggins book on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at West and Dunn Funeral Home of Benson from 10:30 am until 12:00 pm. Family will not be present.

Ms. Wiggins is survived by her daughter, Peggy Stewart and husband Johnnie of Dunn, sister, Joann Gilmore and husband Ruben of Selma, brother, Tommy Holmes and wife Doris of Selma, special friend, Wade Hamilton, and several nieces and nephews.

Ms. Wiggins is preceded in death by her parents, Buster and Carrie Bell Holmes, husband, Jimmy Wiggins, sisters, Carrie Lee Parker and Linda Fox, brothers, Billy Holmes, Jerry Ray Holmes, Timothy Holmes and Bobby Holmes, grandchildren, Christopher Shawn Tart and Crystal Dawn Tart. 

To stay in compliance with NC COVID Law, social distancing measures must be practiced and a mask worn during all services. 

Services have been entrusted to West and Dunn Funeral Home of Benson, NC
