Nancy Jesmer Strickland

Nancy Jesmer Strickland, 87 of Willow Spring, NC, passed away on September 27, 2021. A Funeral Service for Nancy will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021, at West and Dunn Funeral Home Chapel of Erwin beginning at 3:00 pm. Rev. Donnie Barbour will be officiating. Interment to follow at Devotional Gardens of Dunn. Pall Bearers to serve are Hal Byrd, Marty Byrd, Brent Beasley, Mike Beasley, Scott Foy, and Michael Foy. A special thank you to all Pall Bearers for their service.

The family will receive friends at West and Dunn Funeral Home of Erwin from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. on Friday, October 1, 2021.

Nancy is survived by her daughters, Diane Johnson and husband Derek of Morristown, TN, Shelia Allen and husband Arnold of Cleveland, NY, Sharon Beasley and husband Gary of Willow Spring, NC, sister, Ida Rhone of Hickory, NC, grandchildren, Dayna Beasley Walker, Mitchell Beasley, Scotty Foy, Michael Foy, Jenny Ann Strickland, Jason Strickland, Shanna Smith, and Kim Norton. Nancy is also survived by her 16 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. 

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Marion Jesmer, husband, Lenox C. Strickland, son, Buck Strickland, sisters, Shirley McCabe, Donna McCarthy, and Mary Lou Jesmer, brothers, Richard Jesmer and Michael Jesmer.
