James Reed Sr. Obituary

James E. Reed Sr. passed away at his home on May 30, 2020 in Four Oaks, NC at the age of 59. He was born in Corning, NY on April 4, 1961. Mr. Reed moved from Corning, NY to Florida in 1982 where he lived for 17 years. He then moved to North Carolina in 1999. He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1978 to 1981. He loved his family, NASCAR, and riding his Harley.

Mr. Reed was preceded in death by his father, Robert "Bob" Reed Sr., his mother, Ruth A. Reed, and his brother, Thomas "Tom" Reed. He is survived by Gail Arnold of the home, a sister, Penny A. Reed of NY, a brother, Robert "Bob" Reed Jr. wife Christine "Chris" Reed of Benson. Mr. Reed leaves behind his oldest daughter, Tabatha M. Reed of NC, his only son James E. Reed Jr. of Tennessee, and his youngest daughter, Kimberly A. Reed of FL. He is also survived by ten grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
