Ellis "Ed" Rose Denning

Mr. Ellis "Ed" R. Denning, age 76, of Roseboro passed away Friday, November 5, 2021 at Sampson Regional Medical Center, Clinton, with his family by his side. His funeral service will be held Monday, November 8th at Blackman's Grove PFWB Church, Dunn. The family will receive family and friends at the church from 10 till 11 a.m. with the service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Mr. Ed will be laid to rest in the Jesse F. Denning Family Cemetery, Four Oaks. Rev. Ricky Lee will officiate. 

Left to cherish his memories are his wife: Pansy Denning, siblings: Layton Denning, Duke Denning and Betty Lou Salmons. Children: Jackie Lee and husband Ricky, Chad Thompson and wife Cindy, Brad Thompson and CJ and Nicky Thompson and Jennifer. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also, left to cherish his memories are several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents: Clarence and Mae Denning.
