Gary Blackman Obituary
Mr. Gary Cogdell Blackman, 68, of Bud Johnson Road, Newton Grove, passed away April 18, 2018. Mr. Blackman's graveside service will be held Thursday, April 19th at 3:00 P.M. in McLamb Family Cemetery, Newton Grove. Officiating the service will be Rev. Kelvin Blackman. No formal visitation will be held but, the family will receive family and friends at graveside.
Mr. Blackman's survivors include his wife Rhonda C. Blackman of the home, his daughter Lisa Blackman of Raleigh, grandchildren Carson, Chase and Cameron Bowen, step-children Shannon, Brandon and Chad Sessoms, step grandchildren Andruw Bronson, Macailynn and Brandi Sessoms and his brother William A. Blackman of Raleigh.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Betty J. Blackman and sister Naomi Exum.
