Ms. Carolyn Ann Smith Beasley 72, of Smithfield passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at the SECU Hospice House, Smithfield. The family will receive family and friends at West & Dunn Funeral Home, Newton Grove on Sunday, October 20th from 6 till 8 p.m.

Carolyn leaves to cherish her memories her sister; Janet H. Woodall of Smithfield, brothers; David Smith, Don Smith and Eddie Smith all of Four Oaks. Also, left to cherish her memories are several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Walter T. and Daisy L. Smith, her brother; Dwight Smith and daughters; Tammy Beasley and Sandra Lucas.
