Allison "Gail" (Stewart) Barbour

Allison “Gail” Barbour, born November 16, 1947 went to be with her Lord on July 3, 2019.

She was born in Johnston County to W.C. and Mary Stewart. She was retired from Fieldcrest Mills and the Department of Corrections in Craven County. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Sister and Daughter.

She is survived by her husband; Stacy Barbour, daughter; Pamela Brown, son; Brian McLamb, brothers; Ronnie Stewart, Marshall Stewart and wife Pat, Lee Stewart and wife Lisa, Charles Stewart, Julian Stewart and wife Denise. Grandchildren; Terry Jr., Leigh-Ann, Dustin, Dalton, Allie, Caleb, Katie and Jonathan. Great-Grandchildren; Logan, Cooper, Tucker and Jay-Leigh. Daughter-in-Law; Lori Turnage. Also left to cherish her fond memories are 12 nieces, nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Sisters-in-law; Alice Johnson, JoAnn Stewart and Susan Stewart.

She was preceded in death by her parents; W.C. and Mary Stewart, son; Terry Turnage, Sr., and brothers; Garry Stewart and James Stewart.

The family will receive family and friends at West & Dunn Funeral Home, Newton Grove, Friday, July 5th from 6 till 8 p.m. and other times at the home of Lee and Lisa Stewart 6400 Devil’s Racetrack Road, Four Oaks, N.C. Gail’s funeral service will be held in the chapel of West & Dunn Funeral Home, Newton Grove, Saturday, July 6th at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Antioch United Methodist Church Cemetery, Four Oaks.
