Juan Mizael Perez, age 25, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020 in Columbus County. A funeral service will be held 11:00AM, Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Out Lady Guadalupe Catholic Church, Newton Grove, NC., Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 20, from 6 to 8 pm.
