Charles Messer Obituary

Charles Ray Messer, 62, of Benson passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday, February 16, 2020. Mr. Messer's funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at West & Dunn Funeral Home Chapel in Benson at 11:00 am. Bishop Dennis Smith will be officiating the funeral service. The family will receive family and friends at West & Dunn Funeral in Benson Tuesday, February 18 from 10 to 11 a.m. Mr. Messer will be laid to rest at Barbour's Chapel Advent Christian Church Cemetery in Four Oaks.

Mr. Messer's survivors include his sister, Jean Barnes and husband Steven of Benson, several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Messer was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Rachel Messer; and by 7 siblings.
