William Thomas "Tommy" Norris

William Thomas Norris, “Tommy”, of Willow Spring, NC, formerly of Erwin NC, gained his wings on Thursday, February 2nd, 2023.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, February 6, 2023, at West and Dunn Funeral Home of Erwin at 2:00 PM.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Brenda of Willow Spring; two daughters; Elizabeth Wade of Dunn and Diane N. Hilliard of Dunn; and a brother, Marshall Norris and wife, of Kentucky; four grandchildren, Courtney Wade, Logan Wade, Casey Wade and Kimberly Rutherford, and three great-grandchildren; Grayson, Ryleigh, and Julian.  He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Alene Norris; and a brother, Glenwood Norris.

Tommy was an avid golfer, loved his cigars, and could be seen most often with one in his mouth; country music, and visiting the Grand Ole Opry; he was an Army veteran; worked as a security guard for the state of North Carolina until his retirement.
