Victoria M. Hansford, 63 of Roseboro, North Carolina passed away at her home on September 14, 2024. Born November 23, 1960, in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania to the late Richard C. Topper and Hazel E Topper.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Matthews, and brother, Christopher E. Topper
Vick found immense joy in visiting the beach and attending Nascar races; these were among her happiest moments. Throughout her journey, Victoria was known for her incredible compassion and unwavering support, particularly during the last seven months of her father’s life. Despite the challenges she faced during that period. She never complained and remained a comforting presence with unconditional love and care.Survived by her sisters, Marianne Federline (Brian), Barbara Ditmore, brothers; Wayne Topper (Kim), Charlie Topper, and Brian Topper (Pam). Additionally, she is survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and special friends Chris and Diane offering their unwavering support. Victoria was also blessed to have her soul mate, Jim Bilz, by her side until the end, and her nephew Scott Coyle, who played an essential role in ensuring her comfort and care in her final days. A funeral service will be held Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue, Hagerstown, MD following interment at Rest Haven Cemetery.
