Robert "Bobby" Lloyd, Jr. Obituary
Mr. Robert "Bobby" Edward Lloyd, Jr., 79 of Erwin, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020, at Central Harnett Hospital of Lillington. Mr. Lloyd's graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at 11:00 am at Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery. Rev. Floyd Turlington will be officiating the service.
Mr. Lloyd is survived by his children, David Phelps and wife Penny of Erwin, Rhonda Kinsey of Walnut Grove, NC and Todd Phelps of Erwin, granddaughters, Tracy Hartman and husband J.D. of Lillington, Krystal Parker and husband Randy of Erwin, and five great-grandchildren.
Mr. Lloyd is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Godwin Lloyd, Parents, Aster and Willard Snipes, and son Larry Phelps.
Bobby served our country in two tours in the Army from 1964 to 1965 and 1969 to 1970 and also served in the 1st Air Cavalry Division in Vietnam.
Due to the NC COVID Law, social distancing measures should be practiced at all times and a mask is required at all services.
