Robert Franklin Eldridge

Robert Franklin Eldridge passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, March 6, 2023, at the age of 71. He was born on November 28, 1951, to his parents, the late Luby Warren Eldridge and Betty Marie Barefoot.

Robert graduated from Hobbton High School where he met and married his love, Pamela Jane Thomas. He attended Johnston Community College where he obtained a degree in Accounting. He provided his accounting services to many people and friends for over 40 years. He enjoyed playing golf with his friends and spending time with his family. 

He is survived by his sons, Robert Franklin (Frankie) and Timothy, daughter-in-law Christen, grandchildren Ally, Landon, Devin, and Madison Eldridge, and special friend Betty Riddle. 

A celebration of life service will take place Saturday, March 11 at 11:00 a.m. at Newton Grove Methodist Church, Newton Grove. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Officiating the service will be Rev. Chris Leak. He will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Cemetery.
