Patsy Ann Warren, 86, of Newton Grove, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Sampson County to the late Joseph Albert Westbrook and Effie Jackson Westbrook.
She is also preceded in death by her husband of sixty-six years, Bruce Warren; daughter, Terri Lynn Denning; and son-in-law, Dave Baggett.
The family will receive friends at Oak Grove FWB Church on Monday, February 23, 2026 from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. The Funeral Service will immediately follow at 3:00 PM, officiated by Rev. Corky Herring. Patsy will be laid to rest at the Warren-Oak Grove Cemetery.
She is survived and loved by her daughters, Lydia Jackson (Robert), Jan Baggett; sons, Frankie Warren (Kim), Ashley Warren (Sallie); and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
She is also loved by her sisters in law, LaRue Smith, Ida Rae Eldridge, Gayle Warren; and her brother in law, Larry Warren.
Patsy was a loving wife and mother. She was an outgoing person who loved people, she was a farmer’s wife and homemaker. She enjoyed traveling to the beach and you could find her relaxing outside on the swing. Patsy was a woman who enjoyed cooking for her family and spending time with them. She was a member of the Ladies Auxillary and enjoyed many outings. She loved going to church and was a lifelong member of Oak Grove FWB Church.
Most of all, she loved God and was a faithful servant.
She was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.
