Lesley Shaye Wiley

Lesley Shaye Wiley, 51, of Erwin NC, went home to be with her heavenly father on January 29th, 2023. She was loved beyond measure by all of her family and friends and will be forever missed by all who knew her.

Lesley is survived by her husband, Brian Wiley, her two sons, Jacob Fipps, Joshua Fipps and his wife Robyn Fipps, Mimi’s grandbabies Brantley & Avery Fipps, her sister Sonya Lee, mother Helen Hudson, and niece Kelsey Lee.

Lesley was preceded in death by Michael Todd, Charles Hudson, Larue Herring, & Danny Hudson.

Lesley had this special thing about her that she could make anyone laugh. She enjoyed pulling pranks on her boys, spending time with her family & friends & going to the beach every chance she got. She went above & beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of.

Lesley loved spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals for her family and friends. She was loved by anyone that met her. She always put others before herself and loved the simple things in life. Above all, being a mother to her two boys Josh and Jake, a wife to her husband, Brian, a Mimi to her two “precious” grandbabies Brantley and Avery, and being aunt sissy to her Kelsey bug.

Please join us on Friday, February 3, 2023, to celebrate the life Lesley “danced” with us. Memorial services will be held at West & Dunn Funeral Home in Erwin, NC with visitation from 6:00 to 7:00 pm and a Celebration of Life beginning at 7:00 pm.

Lesley always had a way with words and would encourage others to make sure they lived life to the fullest by always quoting a line from her favorite song “I hope you dance”.
