Jo Ann (Sheridan) Davis

Jo Ann Sheridan Davis, 89, of Benson passed away on Friday, June 14, 2024 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield. 

She was born on July 15, 1934 to the late Luther Baxter Sheridan and Irene Collie Sheridan.

Jo Ann was a very outgoing and social person. She had a love for clothes, make-up and fashion which was reflected in how she was always dressed nice and put together. She loved holidays and enjoyed celebrating them. One of her most favorite things to do was play bridge.

Jo Ann is loved and survived by her loving daughter, Donna Sheridan Clifton and husband Jonathan of Benson; granddaughters, Ashley Baber Sloan and husband Justin of South Lyon, Michigan and Lauren Baber McClellan of Kernersville; bonus granddaughter, Brooke Erin Clifton; great grandchildren, Lochlan Michael Sloan, Hudson Ryan Sloan, Finnigan Patrick Sloan, Edison Rae Sloan, Braxton Myles Clifton, Joshua Harrison McClellan, and Jesse Hayden McClellan

A Memorial Service will be held at West & Dunn Funeral Home of Benson on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 2:00 PM, with Lawrence Powers officiating.
