Jack Charles Hupfeld age 83 of Coats, went to be with the Lord on February 26, 2021, at home surrounded by his family.
Jack was born on June 5, 1937, in Baltimore Maryland, the son of Dorothy Wenneberger Hupfeld.
Cowboy Jack was known as a true “Jack of all trades”. He was an avid horseman who enjoyed the outdoors. He felt the closest to God on the back of a horse surrounded by nature’s beauty. He was a man, who knew how to live in the moment.
He was preceded in death by his brother Charles Hupfeld and son Bryan Hupfeld and grandson Dakota Messer.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Lois Johnson Hupfeld, and grandson Kaleb Byrd of the home. Daughters Debbie Messer, Sandy McLeod, and husband Tommy McLeod and Amanda Byrd. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 7, 2021, at 3:00 pm at the home of Jack Hupfeld.
