Gloria Ann Denning

Gloria Ann Denning, 67 of Dunn went home to be with our Lord and Savior on November 21, 2022. Gloria was born March 1, 1955, to Iredell and Hettie Belle Denning. 

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 26 at 11:00 am at West and Dunn Funeral Home of Newton Grove.  Burial will follow in the  Unity Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Gloria was a graduate of South Johnston High School and Wayne Community College. Gloria was a devoted accountant for over 40 years.

Gloria is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Harris (Dunn); nephew Anthony Harris (Diana) of Newton Grove; nieces Debbie Harris Balaze of Dunn and Elaine Davis (Dick) of Muskego, WI. Gloria had 9 great-nieces and nephews as well as, 20 great- great nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents James Iredell and Hettie Belle Denning, sister Carolyn Denning, and niece Linda Harris Sealey. 

Gloria had a love of romance novels, the color mauve, and the actor Michael Landon. Gloria was well known for being the keeper of all important dates, without fail every birthday, anniversary, and Christmas her loved ones could expect to receive a card from her. Gloria will be greatly missed by her loved ones.
