Franklin Harris White

FRANKLIN “FRANK’ HARRIS WHITE Frank H. White, 79 of Mt. Olive passed away Friday, May 6, 2022 at Wayne UNC Hospital.

He was the son of Olin Dudley and Hester Aileen {Harris). He was predeceased by his wife, Marie Honey (Shew) whom he met at Lakewood High School where he graduated in 1960.

Frank was a Police Officer in Jackson, NJ for 20+ Years. He was one of the “Original” Motorcycle Patrolman! He also bartended part-time after retiring. He was born in Neptune, NJ and resided in Jackson, NJ Where his Relatives founded the section called “WHITESVILLE”. Eventually moving to North Carolina and Worked part-time at ABC Liquor Store in Newton Grove And Dollar General. He was an avid gun collector and has Owned over 30+ automobiles during his lifetime and was Known for His “January White Sales” and liked to hunt. Surviving are his two children Nina (White) Cacciapaglia And Her husband Phil Of Toms River, NJ and Sherry (White) Tenreiro and her husband Craig of Millstone Twp., NJ.

He was predeceased by a brother Olin D. Jr. and his wife Virginia of Toms River, NJ and a nephew of Toms River,NJ. Surviving are a grandson, cousins and some extended Family and numerous Friends that he has made while in North Carolina.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. on Saturday 21st At Jordans Chapel Baptist Church, U.S. Hwy 13S Burial immediately following.
