Barbara Taylor Obituary
Barbara Ann Taylor, age 79, of Erwin passed away at home on Wednesday, April 15th, 2026 after a long illness.
She was born on January 9, 1947 in Harnett County, NC to her late parents, Malcolm Lewis Taylor and Gertrude Holmes Taylor.
In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her brother, Marion "Mackey" Taylor, and sister, Carol Smith.
She is survived by her step daughter, Kelly Carter; Grandchildren: Taylor Strickland and Paige Carter; Great grandchildren: Will and Ethan Turner, Aiden Carter, Isaac Geiger, and Abel Snodgrass. Also her niece, Marie Poston and nephews, David Smith and Daniel Smith. And special kitty companion, Kittypoo.
There will be no services planned at this time.
