Allison Gray (Britt) Jernigan

Ms. Allison B. Jernigan, age 92 of Clinton, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2020 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro. Her funeral service will be held Sunday, Oct. 4, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Roanoke Chapel PFWB Church. Officiating will be Revs. Robbie Gilbert, Virgil Murphy and Kevin Blackmon. A graveside service will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Grandview Memorial Park, Clinton. 

Left to cherish her memoires are her daughter; Sandra J. Pope of Clinton, grandchildren; Sherry Sinclair-Holderness (Scott) of Raleigh, Tammy Smith (Charles) of Clinton, great grandchildren; Terry Smith (Cherish), Amanda Underwood (Sam), Katherine Holderness and Elizabeth Holderness, great great grandchildren; Maddison and Nelson Vann, Dawson, Drake, Davis and Haley Smith and Zoie Underwood, brother; Marvin Britt of Benson and sister; Robin O'Brien of Louisiana. 

Ms. Jernigan was preceded in death by; husband; Marvin Jernigan, granddaughter; Wendy Sinclair, grandson; Terry Pope, brothers; Warren Britt, Henry Britt, William O. Britt, Willie Maxton Britt and Luby Earl Britt. a son-in-law: Preston Pope.
