Alice Elizabeth Gardner

Ms. Alice Elizabeth (Stalnaker) Gardner, 89, of Four Oaks, slipped from her earthly bonds and entered into Glory on Sunday, April 3, 2022.  
She is survived by her daughters,  Debbie Moore (Terry) of Benson, Nina Cooper (Lucy) of New York, and Brittany Fann (Darren) of Godwin; grandchildren, Jessica Moore (Brian Lynch) of Garner; great-grandchildren, Jenna Moore, Gage Fann, Evan Lynch, Jameson Fann, Maverick Fann;  and the Hiatt Family. Alice was predeceased by her parents, Calvin and Lilian Stalnaker.
Alice loved flowers and gardening, and she loved her church family.  Her personal ministry was to  "shut-ins" (members that were unable to attend church for various reasons) by communicating by phone calls or cards.  She never met a stranger-loving to talk to anyone and everyone.  She also loved her animals but above all, she loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, unconditionally.
Funeral service for Alice will be Friday, April 8, 2022 at Lee's Chapel in Four Oaks at 2:00pm.  A visitation will take place an hour prior to the funeral.  Burial will follow at Massengill Family Cemetery in Four Oaks.
