Willa Gray (Blackmon) Wilson

Willa Gray Blackman Wilson, 89, of Newton Grove went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Thursday, September 28, 2017. Funeral services will be held at Mt. Elam Baptist Church, 2211 Mt. Elam Church Road, Roseboro where she had been a lifetime member. Burial will be in the Mt. Elam Baptist Church Cemetery. 

Willa Gray is preceded in death by her husband, Randolph Wilson, parents, Manoah Allen and Janie McLamb Blackman, and brother, Henry Burchel Blackman. 

Willa Gray is survived by her children, Tony Wilson (Caroline) of Clayton, NC and Roy Wilson (Gay) of Newton Grove, NC: three grandsons, Stephen Wilson (Emily) of The Colony, TX, Christopher Wilson (Sarah) of Buies Creek, NC, Michael Wilson of Clayton, NC; three granddaughters, Amy W. McLeod (Jonathan) of Aberdeen, NC, Alaina W. Worley (Jeremy) of Newton Grove, NC, Carrie Wilson Morris (Cam) of Wilson, NC, one great grandson, Cole Worley, and one great granddaughter, Kailyn Worley, sister, Judith Naylor (Roger) of Apex, NC, and sister-n-law. Ettie Mae Blackman of Newton Grove, NC. 

The family will receive friends from 1 till 2 p.m. at Mt. Elam Baptist Church prior to the service.
