Rebecca Horne Jones

Rebecca Horne Jones, 85 of Erwin, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at Gabriel Manor of Clayton. Ms. Jones's funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 4:00 pm at Erwin United Methodist Church. Rev. Don. Mitchell will be officiating the service. Interment will follow at Erwin Memorial Park of Erwin, NC.

Family will receive friends beginning at 3:00 pm at Erwin United Methodist Church. 

Ms. Jones is survived by her children, James Robert Jones, Jr. and Linda of Benson, Lu Ann J. Gregory of Benson, brothers, Ronnie Horne and wife Kathy of Dunn, J. L. Horne and wife Delano of Dunn, sisters, Jenny Ruth Johnston of Erwin, Jeanette Warren of Dunn and Karen Lamm and husband Mike or Moorehead City, sister-in-law,Mary Ellen Earp of Greensboro and Barbara Horne of Dunn, 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. 

Ms. Jones is preceded in death by her parents, Junious and Clara Horne, husband, James Robert Jones, Sr. , brothers, Weldon Fulton and Hardie Horne, sister, Louise Williams, and great grandson, Connor Ryan Hodges. 

The family has request no flowers but instead to make memorials to Erwin United Methodist Church. 

Services have been entrusted to West and Dunn Funeral Homes, Inc. Erwin, NC
