Mary Elizabeth Parrish

Mary Elizabeth (Bayles) Parrish, age 87 of Tampa Florida, formerly of Dunn, NC.,  passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, with her husband, James Parrish by her side.  Mrs. Parrish was born in Harnett County on January 18, 1932 to H. Paul and Mary Bayles of Erwin, NC. Mrs. Parrish is preceded in death by both parents. Mrs. Parrish was a graduate of Dunn High School. She was retired for 28 years from Eli Witt Wholesale Distributor in Tampa, Florida. 

Mrs. Parrish's Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday July 24, at 2:00 pm at the West & Dunn Funeral Home Chapel in Erwin.  The Rev. Danielle Maynor will be officiating the service.  Mrs. Parrish will be laid to rest in the Harnett Memorial Cemetery in Lillington with the Rev. Roy Johnson conducting the committal service.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 24 from 12:30 to 2:00 pm.

Mrs. Parrish is survived by her husband, James Junior Parrish, Sr. of 70 years, sons, James J. Parrish Jr. and wife Vicky of Odessa Florida, Terry P. Parrish and wife Debbie of Kodak Tennessee, sister, Paula B. Holmes and husband Gene of Dunn, NC, grandchildren, Holly Parrish, Joshua Parrish, Kyle Parrish, Christopher Swauger, Hope Reagan, Preston Parrish and David Parrish, great grandchildren, Kristopher Hall, Dylan Parrish, Sophia Parrish, Brady Parrish, Troy Parrish, Taylor Reagan, Jacob Reagan, Tate Parrish, Camden Parrish, Hayden Parrish and Hunter Finchum.
