Lynwood "Sherrill" Aman

Mr. Lynwood "Sherrill" Aman, 72, of Mt. Olive passed away on Monday, April 23, 2018.  Funeral services for Sherrill will be held on Friday, April 27th at 11:00 a.m. at Friendly Holiness PFWB Church, Mt. Olive. Officiating will be the Revs. Kevin Haynes and C. H. Lee and Pastor Jim Skinner. The family will receive friends at West & Dunn Funeral Home, Newton Grove on Thursday, April 26th frrom 6 till 8 p.m. He will be laid to rest in the Lee Family Cemetery, Mt. Olive. 

Sherrill leaves to treasure his memory wife Lois L. Aman, daughter Lisa A. Johnson and husband Jonathan of Newton Grove, Anthony Aman and wife Anita, Kevin and wife Stacey Aman all of Newton Grove. Grandchildren, Christy Johnson, Kayla Ray, Jonathan Johnson, Hannah Johnson, Zackary Aman, Faith Aman and Jacob Aman. Mother Naomi Anderson, Sister Diane Meyerpeter of Hampton, Va., Brother Henry Aman of Farmville, Va. Sherrill was preceded in death by his Father Prentice Aman and Brother Billy Aman. 

Sherrill was a member of Jordans Chapel VFD with 40 years of service and Grantham Volunteer Rescue Squad.
