Kathy Lee Barefoot

Kathy Lee Barefoot, 63 of Dunn, passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018, surrounded by her loving family at Wake Med Hospital.  A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 10, 2018, at 2:00 pm at Lees Chapel Advent Christian Church in Four Oaks. Officiating the service will be the Rev. Larry Withrow and Rev. John Happer. Interment will follow in Harnett Devotional Gardens in Dunn. 

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Sunday, December 9, 2018, at West & Dunn Funeral Home in Benson. 

Ms. Barefoot is survived by her husband; Thomas Barefoot of Dunn, sons; Paul and Karen Griffin of Dunn. Hayden and Candice Barefoot of Morehead City, grandchild; Conner Griffin, sisters; Betty Lou Roybal of Vass, Martha Wrenn of Dunn, Becky Strickland of Dunn, brother; Mickey Lee of Clayton.

Ms. Barefoot is preceded in death by her parents; Joseph and Virginia Lee, brother; Clel Lee, sister; Winnie Smith.

Kathy had a love for animals so we are asking that memorials made be made to an animal organization of one's choice.
