Julia Ann Raynor, 78, of Newton Grove passed away at her home on Saturday, February 10, 2018 with her loving family by her side. Mrs. Raynor was the owner and operator of Meadow Village Restaurant. Her funeral services will be held Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Hopewell United Methodist Church in Newton Grove beginning at 2 P.M. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 from 6 till 8 P.M. at Hopewell United Methodist Church. She will be laid to rest in Hillcrest Cemetery following the funeral service.
Mrs. Raynor leaves to cherish her memory her daughters Shelia Thompson and husband James "Tiny" of Newton Grove, Lynn Martin and husband James "Buddy" of Princeton, Ophelia Gregory and Sue Dunn. Her sons Timmy Raynor and wife Dawn of Newton Grove, Terry Raynor and wife Debra of Newton Grove. Grandchildren Justin and Jen Thompson, Sgt. Jason Martin, Kelly Brooke Martin, Taylor Raynor and Dawson Raynor. Sister Elsie Johnson, niece Leigh Barbour and husband Andy, Grand Nieces Marlee and Ansleigh Barbour. Special Friends Alice Lee and Mary Ann Hill.
She was preceded in death by husband Gordon Raynor, sister Betty Sue Raynor and parents Brudie and Inez Murphy.
