Judy Karen (Lee) Noyes

Judy Lee Noyes, 55 years of age, of Virgilina, Virginia went to be with her Lord and Savior peacefully in her home after a long battle with cancer.  She was surrounded by the love and care of her husband and many of her family and friends.

Judy is survived by her husband Larry Noyes, two children: Kacie and Travis, her father Larry Lee and wife Brenda, two siblings: Audrey Felton and husband Jay, and David Lee and wife Starla, and two nieces: Mindy and Marina Lee.  As well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Judy was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Hudson Lee, and a dearly loved mother-in-law, Madlean Stillman Noyes.

If you could choose one word to describe Judy it would be “sunshine”, her presence, personality and smile could brighten up any room as well as the darkest of days.  Judy’s passion, work ethic, loving and caring personality has been passed to each and every person who ever met her.  Along with being a devoted wife and mother, Judy enjoyed traveling, riding her motorcycle and enjoying a smooth ride on her faithful horse Showbiz.

Judy was an avid supporter of the Tennessee Walking Horse and made many close friends throughout her years running Heaven’s Gait Farm alongside Larry and her children.  Her love of horses and family have been passed on to both of her children.  Though we will miss her she is now in a better place and her spirit will run through each and every one of us that knew her, we will find peace in knowing we shall see her again, its not good bye its “see ya later” as Judy would say.

The family will be receiving friends and family at the home of Larry and Judy Noyes, 4081 Lowery Rd., Virgilina Va 24598, on Saturday, March 9 at 3 pm for a celebration of life.

In lieu of flowers Judy has requested donations be made to St. Judes.
