Dr. Billy Ray Jackson

Dr. Billy Ray Jackson, 50, of Goldsboro Highway, Newton Grove passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at his residence. His funeral service will be held Sunday, February 17th at 2 p.m. in the chapel of West & Dunn Funeral Home, Newton Grove. Visitation will be held Saturday, Feb. 16th from 6 till 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Officiating the service will be Rev. Billy Bass and Rev. Teresa Ammons. He will be laid to rest in the Jackson Family Cemetery, Newton Grove. 

Survivors include his wife; Lawanda Jackson of the home, daughters; Sarah L. Jackson of Newton Grove, Olivia Jones of Autryville, sons; Shane Jackson of Newton Grove, Cedrick Collins of Newton Grove and Ervin Tatum of Garland. Sisters; Jane Vann and husband Ed of Autryville and Glenda Jackson of Newton Grove, brothers; Glenn Jackson and wife Angie of Roseboro, Jerry Jackson and wife Lisa of Autryville, Anthony Davis of Newton Grove and Randy Dickerson of Texas. 

Also left the cherish his memories are several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by; his parents; Willie & Sarah Jackson, step-mother, Glenda Jackson and brother, Richard Jackson.
