Betty Anne (Hughes) Giddens

Betty Anne Giddens, 72 of Angier passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at home surrounded by her family.  Ms. Giddens will have a funeral mass on Friday, September 29, 2017, at 11:00 am, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Newton Grove.  Father Mark Wise will be officiating the service.  Ms. Giddens will be laid to rest in the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church Cemetery.  There will be a Rosary that will start at 6 pm Thursday, September 28 at the funeral home, after the rosary a visitation will be held until 8 pm.

Ms. Giddens survivors include her husband, William Giddens; her children; Tammy G. Barnhouse of Willow Springs, Billy Giddens of Angier, Angie G. Morrison and husband Chris of Angier, and Gena Giddens; grandchildren, Marty Giddens and Sammie Jo Giddens; and a brother, Kenneth Hughes of Louisburg.

Ms. Giddens was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth H. and Verana G. Hughes; and a son, Jeff Giddens.
